Quick Apply Full-time Contract 5 days ago Full Job Description Our client a growing and reputable firm with an office in Tewksbury, MA is looking for a handful of Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a temporary to hire basis as soon as possible.
The client is looking for candidates who are reliable and who show up every day giving it their best effort.
The ideal candidate will need to be strong on the phones, have a professional demeanor and be able to deal with stressful customer service issues in a timely manner both on the phone and over email.
This is a Mon-Fri position and the client is looking for someone who can work 2 days a week from 11:
30am-8pm and 3 days a week 8am-4:
30pm.
One Saturday shift a month is also required and would pay out overtime if you are over 40 hours a week.
Training will be provided on the CRM system as well as on what the company does.
The main job responsibilities will include the following:
Providing assistance to customers when they call in with questions regarding the product.
Taking payments over the phone from customers who owe money on a monthly basis.
Running credit cards through the payment portal.
Putting people who are past due on payments on payment plans.
Making reminder calls or sending reminder emails to customers should they be past due.
Taking care of administrative work on an as needed basis.
