Job DescriptionWe are looking for an HVAC Home Comfort Consultant to join our Home Comfort Specialist team!This position will be based out of our Tewksbury, MA location and serving the surrounding areas.

About The Role:
As a home comfort consultant your primary responsibility is to listen to the needs of our customers, and guide them in selecting the best new heating, AC and indoor air quality equipment for their home, family and budget.
Other responsibilities include:
Establishing excellent customer rapportMaintaining our high standards of customer servicePerforming proper load calculations to ensure proper system sizing and designCreating sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation teamEducating and assisting customers in choosing the best finance optionsCollecting payment at the time of serviceWorking closely with the Install Manager and Home Comfort Team to discuss and set the annual sales plan - including sales and marketing strategiesWorking with the CIO, Install Manager, Service Manager and other Home Comfort team members to achieve sales goalsFollowing Heritage processesAttending both individual and team meetings for constant communication, training, accountability, and relationship (daily huddles, weekly team meetings, 1:
1 coaching, and fun events)Working with the Installation Manager and team to quickly resolve client inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
Able to pass a background check and drug screeningA valid driver's license and clean driving recordProven track record in outside sales OR strong customer service experience (industry experience not required)Highly organized with exceptional follow through abilitiesStrong verbal and written communicationsGood presentation and public speaking skillsQuick, sound decision-making abilitiesAbility to build trust and demonstrate empathyExcel in a people centric, goal-driven environmentAn entrepreneurial spirit- you like taking initiative and ownership of your career and personal developmentWillingness to always learn, and follow company proceduresComfortable navigating a tablet/smartphone, apps and business softwareYou have a flexible schedule and are able to be on-call and work after normal business hours if needed
