Must be at least 18 years of age.
Driver's license and your own transportation is required.
Dependability is important.
May have to drive company SUV to run small local errands 2-3 times per week.
Basic computer knowledge required.
We will train someone with no experience that is willing to learn.
Proficient with all Microsoft products (excel, word, etc.
) Seasonal Office Manger/ Event Coordinator Duties Include:
Answering phone calls and emails, advising clients with their events, taking bookings, running small errands, preparing supply orders, monitoring emails, and purchasing.
Compensation:
Starting pay is $20.
00 to $23.
00 per hour.
Seasonal position will start immediately and go until December 1st.
(20-25 hours per week).
Bonuses are available as well.
