Production/Manufacturing Supervisor The ideal candidate should have experience organizing coaching employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules, and ensuring quality compliance.
Possesses strong communication and leaderships skills as well as the ability to conflict resolution.

Supervisor responsibilities Leads the manufacturing team and supports Manufacturing Manager in planning work and executing on time delivery for our customers.
Actively seeks opportunities to improve and streamline all production activities across all functional teams and performing continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
Set performance goals and project deadlines that align with the company's plans.
Delegate work to employees, track progress and provide constructive feedback throughout projects.
Serve as a link between subordinates and upper management.
Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity.
You will have a safety, customer, and quality first mindset.
Follows all applicable environmental health and safety requirements.
Supervisor skills Experience in a Lead or supervisory role Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in management or related field a plus but not required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
