6 Tewksbury, MA Tewksbury, MA Part-time Part-time $16 - $17 an hour $16 - $17 an hour 11pm-7am Weekends Friday, Saturday Check-in and check-out guest Make and confirm reservations Process guest check-in; confirm reservations, assign room and activate room keys Answer all phone calls from guestrooms, outside lines, and internal call with proper telephone etiquette Provide all guests with overview of hotel and amenities Process all payments types cash, debit or credit cards and direct billing Process all check-outs Follow all cash handling/banking procedures as per standard operating procedures Discreetly handle confidential guest information Coordinate with Housekeeping Department to track room readiness and communicate guest concerns if necessary Run daily reports and check for accuracy Complete assigned cashier and closing reports Complete shift checklist Set breakfast up Send out corporate emails Balance and drop receipts according to prescribed accounting procedures Process wake up calls Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
