We are seeking a Financial Analyst based in Greenville, SC who will be an integral part of PPA operations finance team to support the delivery of the business' operational and financial objectives.

Perform and review variance analysis including current-to-prior month / budget / forecast / quarter / year fluctuations Drive process improvements and implement new methods to simplify and streamline the close processes and analysis.
Partner with Shared service center to drive accuracy and timely completion of transactional activities Collaborate with operations team to track and report key productivity metrics Assist with the preparation of finance and business presentations, including monthly and quarterly business review schedules Review monthly inventory reporting assist with inventory gap analysis.
Assist with Capex Management Support our Annual Budgeting (AOP) process Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of monthly close activities Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations, including general ledger accounts and sub ledger accounts Support ad-hoc requests as needed Keys to success Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related subject area is required.
Experience with cost accounting preferred.
Keen attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

years of consistent track record in Finance related field is required.
Working in a manufacturing setting would be a plus.
System and / or process improvement implementations track record resulting in increased accuracy and productivity.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Must have superior quantitative skills and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel (comfortable working with pivot tables, vlookups, index match, sumifs, and additional formulas) Experience with creating and updating reports in analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau) The successful candidate is able to translate and effectively communicate financial results to business partners and management Experience with ERP Systems (JD Edwards, and Hyperion Financial Management systems including FDM, FDMEE, Hyperion Planning, and CMR) Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Business Process Improvement Communication Enterprise Resource Planning Finance Forecasting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
