years of HVAC experience for various projects. Hazardous industrial experience preferred. Experience includes:
a. Supply and Exhaust a. Airflow calculations to size and specify equipment b. Heating and Cooling a. Thermal rejection analysis to size and specify equipment c. Humidification / Dehumidification d. HVAC controls (both variable and constant) e. Offices, Labs, Cleanrooms, Warehouses, Open Production Bays, etc. Must have experience creating:
1. Airflow diagrams 2. Pressure Profile Layouts 3. Supply and Exhaust Duct Layouts 4. Piping Layouts for heating/cooling/condensate 5. Equipment schedules 6. Specifications 7. Control Diagrams 8. Sequence of Operations 9. Basis of Design Reports Position will be responsible (either directly or through subordinates) creating different levels of design packages including o Schematic Design (concept sketches) o Preliminary Design (pricing drawings) o Detailed Design (permit drawings) o Construction Drawings o As-built Drawings PE stamp required. Plumbing 10
years of Plumbing experience for various projects. Hazardous industrial experience preferred. Experience includes:
a. Supply Water (Potable and Non-Potable) b. Waste and Sewer c. Roof drainage d. Tepid water for emergency use (eye wash/shower) e. Lab waste neutralization f. Natural gas piping g. Hot/cold Water piping layout h. Sump Pump i. Offices, Labs, Cleanrooms, Warehouses, Open Production Bays, etc. Must have experience creating 1. Overall piping schematic diagrams 2. Hot/Cold Water piping drawings 3. Potable/Non-Potable piping drawings 4. Natural Gas piping drawings 5. Equipment schedules 6. Specifications 7. Control Diagrams 8. Sequence of Operations 9. Basis of Design Reports Position will be responsible (either directly or through subordinates) creating different levels of design packages including o Schematic Design (concept sketches) o Preliminary Design (pricing drawings) o Detailed Design (permit drawings) o Construction Drawings o As-built Drawings Manage the electrical engineering design process Mentoring other electrical engineer(s) Solve plant electrical/power system problems Lead electrical engineering root cause analysis for electrical issues Detailing the entire electrical design Developing electrical and control systems Build and test electrical control systems Apply the electrical engineering regulations Write electrical specifications and make electrical single line diagrams and layout drawings to select electrical contractors Perform final electrical design verification tests Interpret project electrical schematics and specifications Assemble and test electrical controls Reviewing designing of electrical equipment, electrical distribution systems and substations Perform engineering analysis of power electrical circuits, equipment or systems Work with the project/mechanical engineering team in electrical design Create electrical system architectures and develop detailed electrical hardware and firmware designs Preparing electrical single line diagrams Develop electrical single line diagrams Develop electrical one line diagrams Reviewing calculations and work products produced by electrical engineers and electrical EIT Recommended Skills Creo Elements/Pro (Computer Aided Design Software) Engineering Manufacturing Processes Mechanical Engineering Prototype (Manufacturing) Apply to this job.
