Job Description:
Assists in the coordinating and maintaining of effective office procedures and efficient workflows.
Implements policies and procedures set by employer Establishes and maintains harmonious working relationships with superiors,co-workers, subordinates, visitors and residents.
Sorts, date stamps, reads, and annotates incoming mail and documents and attaches them to appropriate files to facilitate necessary action; determines routing and signatures required and maintains follow-up.
Schedules appointments and maintains a calendar.
Receives and assists visitors and telephone callers and refers them to Executive Directors or other appropriate persons as circumstances warrant.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Should have formal training in the secretarial field.
TRAINING AND EDUCATION:
Experience is helpful, but not necessary.
