Responsibilities:
The Payroll Customer Service Representative is a member of the CSR team and reports directly to the Operations Manager while receiving guidance from the CSR Team Lead.
This position is responsible for accurate payroll processing for clients of varying sizes and complexity as well as maintaining client relationships through fostering positive client experiences.
We expect this person to progressively advance in the knowledge of various payroll concepts, processes, policies, and Federal/State regulations.
Responsibilities:
Client Employee Maintenance including input new hires, terminations, employee information changes, and payroll data for accurate client payrolls.
Maintain client specific notes and instructions.
Maintain client processing schedules for timely payroll processing.
401K setup and processing Accurately read, understand and input Child supports, Levy's and Garnishments.
Identify and resolve client questions/problems in a variety of situations.
Audit payroll input and system generated output reports for accuracy.
Processing year-end adjustments for updates to W2's.
Ability to work weekends and extended hours as requested during peak periods, quarter ends, and year end.
Take on projects as needed.

Experience:
