Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill an Office Coordinator role.
This opportunity involves client management, onboarding, some HR duties, and support for office operations.
In this role, you will interact daily with our individual and business clients regarding their ongoing projects, answering questions, tracking workflow, reconciling accounts, and managing the AP/AR internally.
The right candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and task oriented.
We are looking for someone who is friendly with clients and eager to solve customer problems and learn/grow within our company.
High computer literacy and communication skills is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones - Scheduling and coordinating service calls - Tracking the technician's GPS and being proactive on customer follow up - Create and manage customer invoices, change orders, and payments Create and send Purchase Orders for materials - Manage executive appointments and travel schedule, as needed - Receive, input, and organize documents - Manage spreadsheets in Excel, as needed Preferred Requirements:
- High native computer literacy, with ability to master email, calendar, Microsoft Office, and new computer and mobile apps - Organized, detail-oriented, and task-oriented - Experience with scheduling software, accounting and AR/AP preferred - 1
years of relevant experience preferred - Attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability - Proactive communication and work ethic - Great attitude, eager to learn, and ability to solve problems Compensation and Benefits - Compensation range of $50,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience - Bonus opportunities based on performance - 2 weeks Paid Time Off that grows upon tenure at the company - Up to 6 days of paid Personal/Sick time annually - 9 standard paid holidays annually - Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance sponsorship Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
