The Territory Coordinator is responsible for interfacing with technicians and clients in a support role to ensure that customer service level commitments and internal processes are achieved. Responsibilities include Monitor service calls to ensure calls are assigned to the appropriate resource throughout the US Manage customer service complaints to resolution with technician and client Follow pre-established job duties at specific intervals during the work day Ability to understand and utilize reporting to ensure compliance with deadlines Candidates should have at least two years of prior experience, excellent customer service skills, and strong communication skills. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
