We help our customers increase sales in a variety of retail channels including nationally known home improvement stores, hardware stores, and mass merchant retailers.
Signature Retail Services is looking for a Full Time Territory Sales Representatives to join our Trex Team. If you have an outgoing personality and love home improvement stores, then SRS has a great opportunity for you!
Full Time Territory Sales Representatives represent the manufacturer in retail home improvement accounts within a territory. Your primary goal is to help the retailer and manufacturer maximize sales and increase sales volume of products sold in home improvement retail stores. The goal is achieved through customer engagement in product knowledge training and promotion of the products represented.
Primary Responsibilities Create excitement with customers and associates to increase sales.
Deliver product knowledge to customers and associates that will increase sales and brand advocacy.
Answer questions about product features and explain benefits.
Communicate effectively both internally to SRS management and externally with retailers and customers to achieve program goals.
Skills & Competencies
Must have the ability to learn and transfer knowledge to customers, store associates, and store management.
Strong communications skills needed to interact with customers on a daily basis.
Must be able to cultivate lasting relationships with customers, store associates, and store management as a trusted ally and brand representative.
Ability to work independently within an assigned territory on a daily basis. Ability to work and communicate effectively with other members of the SRS Team as needed.
Maintain displays, merchandising, and verifying in-store product assortments and inventory.
Must be comfortable utilizing technology (smartphones and handheld devices)

Flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM
## Requirements
Desired Experience 2 to 3 years of field and/or inside sales experience; manufacturer rep experience selling to home centers preferred.
Manufacturer's Rep experience with power tools, construction supplies, or industrial supplies is a plus.
Retail sales and/or brand ambassador experience with a manufacturer or retail sales/merchandising company
Retail Home Center or Hardware Store experience; construction supply sales or industrial supply sales.
Education
High school diploma or GED; College Degree preferred.
