Career Connections is seeking a Help Desk Manager in Tewksbury. Position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the help desk group, develop and administer help desk staffing, provide direction to field technicians and coordinate resources, and responsible for monitoring quality assurance for service requests.
Candidates must have a bachelors degree and at least 8 years of experience. Candidates must have ITIL Certification, have experience in hardware/software support and technical services, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
