Career Connections is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator in Tewksbury. Position is responsible for the complete processing of weekly payroll for a multi-state environment. Duties include assisting with administration of all payroll functions, processing and maintaining employee payroll records, performing payroll audits, and preparing internal and external reports.
Candidates should have a Bachelors degree and at least 4 years of experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and ability to handle sensitive and confident information.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
