Scope of Position:
The bioprocess sales specialist will be responsible for the overall sales revenue of the bioprocess portfolio within the specified Midwest territory. This portfolio consists mainly of cell scale up products for both suspension and attachment cells. In addition the portfolio will also include custom media, buffers and reagents.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for the incremental growth of the bioprocess product portfolio within a specified territory, defend and protect existing business, and drive revenue of a subset of new products
Prospect new opportunities and close sales
Providing guidance on pricing and distribution channel
Work closely with account managers
Build strong relationships and network with key decision makers
Utilize support resources (FAS/ Application/ R&D) to help close sales
Report activates and opportunities into CRM (SFDC)
Travel Requirements: 60-70%
Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time: 40
Required Education:
BS degree in sciences
Required Years and Area of Experience:
2-5 years of sales experience in the life sciences market, preferably in bioprocess
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of the bioprocess market
Highly self-motivated and goals oriented
Desired Skills:
Technical Experience in a lab setting
Experience in the vaccine or cell therapy market
Prior knowledge of the accounts
Soft Skills (Communication/Team/Leadership):
Ability to multitask and adjust quickly
Communication and Interpersonal skills
Customer focused / Strong networking skills
Strong negotiating skills
Well Organized

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
