Scope of Position:
Responsible for the development of specific marketing plans for products to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
Analyze sales and customer data to enable the sales team to protect current business and drive growth.
Develops/reviews marketing strategies, advertising plans, long-range plans, goals, and objectives.
Leverages background in molecular or cellular biology to develop sales tools and customer facing materials.
Develops solutions to routine commercial, quality or supply chain problems.
Chooses from standardized materials and procedures
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Sales facilitation and enablement
Sales analysis and account based support
Facilitate the development and deployment of marketing communication plans to include e-marketing, promotions, application notes and sales literature
Cross functional communication with internal manufacturing, quality, customer service and supply chain teams to facilitate rapid support of customer issues
Provide technical support by facilitating communication between sales, research and technical support teams
Pricing management and approvals
Travel Requirements: 10% or as required
Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time: 40

Required Education: BA/BS Life Sciences Required - Master in Life Science desired.
Required Years and Area of Experience: Min 2 years hands on cell culture/cell biology experience desired and Life Sciences Sales / Marketing Experience required.

Life Sciences / cell biology sales and marketing experience
Ability to manage cross functionally in a matrix organization
Strong knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
Strong business opportunity assessment and financial analysis skills
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and proven ability to present to customers in the field
Understanding of product development process
Ability to champion products in the organization, building mind share and enthusiasm
Improving process efficiencies, aligning stack-holders both internal and external
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
