Career Connections is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist in Tewksbury.
Position will provide support to field engineers and clients in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging highly complex hardware and software. Position includes providing high level support and maintenance, proactively addressing potential technical problems, and gathering information for problem definition.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of prior experience. Candidates should excellent analytical skills, knowledge of relevant technical software, strong time management skills, and excellent communication skills. Experience to speak another language (Dutch or Thai) is strongly preferred.
