Senior Application Coordiantor - Clin Doc/Stork/Asap/Orders

Job Details: Bachelors Degree Preferred Five to ten years of experiencerequired JOB SUMMARY Covenant Health, Inc., is seeking a Senior Application Coordinator (AC)- ClinDoc/ASAP/Orders to work as a member of the Information Services (IS) team to participate in the development and design of the designated applications and to gain an in-depth knowledge of the applications.  In this role, the AC will be knowledgeable about organizational policies and procedures, workflows, business operations for the area of business they are representing and the functionality available in applications. The AC will be responsible for communicating with Good Help installation team, reviewing software, analyzing business operations, working with Good Help and end users to tailor the system to the organization, and participating in the initial training of end users.  They will participate in current state mapping and future state workflow development, application design and development, testing, issue resolution, application integration, implementation and ongoing support activities.  The AC will perform in-depth analyses of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associates with the use of Good Help software.  They will develop and document the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with vendor applications and will assess implementation strategies and the impact those strategies will have on workflows and operations.  The AC will actively participate in all relevant Enterprise and local system Design, Build, Validate (DBV) sessions. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the Business Sciences, health Sciences (Nursing, Medicine etc.) or Information Systems preferred Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required Achievement of Good Help Application Credentialin Experience: 7-10 years of experience relevant to healthcare operations and information systems Clinical or operational experience in the area related to the application Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet and other systems Experience implementing clinical information systems and/or large scale and complex standardizations and implementation of an EMR is highly desirable Demonstrated application design and implementation skills          Experience in EPIC installations Other Skills Required: Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and accomplish goals Strong assertiveness skills, ability to manage conflict in a variety of situations Superior organizational and people management skills Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with people on multi-disciplinary teams

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
