Job Description IDS Engineering's Mechanical Engineering Directorate (MED) leads in mechanical hardware design, development and production of radars, command and control, effectors, communications and other technical systems operating in the ground-based tactical and undersea environments. MED uses state-of-the-art tools, processes, technology and Raytheon Six Sigma principles to deliver innovative solutions to make the world a safer place. The MED team is seeking an Engineering Transition to Production Lead. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Engineering Product Integrity and provides leadership of Transition to Production for MED and IDS Engineering. Position duties and qualifications include: Process owner for Engineering Transition to Production (TTP); Identify best practices for TTP, Conduct gap assessment vs. program and business feedback, and Develop new practices as required. Document and maintain process documentation related to best practices for TTP. Expectation is best practices will be derived from MED, from IDS Engineering, from IDS Operations, from throughout Raytheon, and from throughout industry Partner with TTP leaders from Operations and Mission Assurance to ensure a total IDS solution for TTP Partner with TTP leaders from RMS, SAS, and IIS to ensure a One Company Raytheon solution for TTP Ensure best practices for TTP are being executed by our programs and internally funded projects such as IR&Ds. Engage with programs for program planning and execution, provide training, measure success of TTP initiatives, and continuously capture lessons-learned Engage with programs and projects to support execution of TTP, to resolve specific TTP issues and to capture TTP successes. Feedback lessons-learned in both cases Brief all levels of leadership on TTP process and executionSome travel will be required in support of this position. Travel is expected to be primarily CONUS, but OCONUS travel may be required (e.g. Poland suppliers) This position requires an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is requiredActive/Current Secret US Security Clearance. Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). 12+ years relevant professional experience Experience leading and participating in design and development activities Experience leading and participating in prototyping and/or production activities Ability to travel in support of TTP activities both domestic and international Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years participating in technical and program leadership positions Knowledge of earned value management and other program management skills Communication skills with ability to present challenging issues to senior leadership Raytheon (R6s) Six Sigma Certification Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical staffDemonstrated ability to lead at the team level. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teamsExperience in building teams throughout Raytheon Demonstrated success with manufacturing of high volume items Experience utilizing Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) principles. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
