Engineering Fellow ( Radar Systems )

KAB Laboratories, Inc.  a wholly-owned subsidiary of Epsilon Systems Solutions focused on software development and systems engineering for intelligence and combat systems is seeking Software Engineers with 15+ years' experience for work in Tewksbury, Woburn, Andover, Marlboro, MA or Portsmouth, RI. Summary: Our software teams employ an Agile Scrum process to rapidly design, code, and integrate capabilities into a mature solution. Work includes development of new capabilities and features, as well as maintenance of the existing product line. We develop software applications using real-time, embedded C++ running in a Linux-based operating system. Duties and Responsibilities: Write code to power cutting-edge radar systems that provide detection, targeting, tracking and self-protection for current and future aircraft and ships.  Utilize engineering skills in signal processing, data processing and performance tuning to improve code and code efficiency. Write well-designed, testable and efficient code that meets technical requirements. Participate in a highly collaborative team environment, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle using Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Assist in the troubleshooting of code defects and deployment of timely fixes. Provides leadership and guidance across multiple levels of the organization Deliver projects on time and with attention to quality. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or a related discipline 15 + years of experience in object-oriented software development using C++ Industry expert in Signal Processing, Radar Data Processing, Performance tuning Expertise in developing software within all phases of development (requirements, design, code, integration and test) Experience designing & implementing major subsystems Expertise in product lining and applying advanced technologies Experience implementing Agile development methods, including Scrum, automated testing, static node analysis and continuous integration Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. citizens. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with System Requirements flowdown, Software Requirements development, requirement analysis, traceability and functional allocations Experience with the Rhapsody tool and model driven development Familiarity with the following software tools: ClearCase, ClearQuest, Team Concert, Jenkins, Coverity, Eclipse, DOORS Knowledge of Data Distribution Service (DDS) Prior experience producing documentation in alignment with DoD Specifications, including updates to System/Sub-system Design Description (SSDD), System/Sub-system Specification (SSS), Software Requirements Specifications (SRSs), Software Design Descriptions (SDDs) Experience with or knowledge of the SEI CMMI model ADA Notations: Regular communication (hearing/speaking). Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy. Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding). Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk. Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
