Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Experience required:
To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized Experience required:
To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level NH-02. Specialized experience is defined as:
experience in providing administrative support services including leading the planning and execution of complex projects; ability to review and interpret policies and procedures and provide guidance to senior leaders; manage multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines timely; critical thinking to plan and executive process improvements; and ability to prepare and present data both orally and in writing to senior level personnel. Education cannot be substituted for experience. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
